Update #1

Changes:

• Added settings menu, primary for game sound volume.
• Added more health, armor, ammo items on the level.
• Battery item now gives 15 armor instead of 10.
• Armor blocks now 75% of damage instead of 60%.
• Poison effect from poison headcrab now gives 50% health reduction to player instead of 99%.
• Sped up melee attacks.
